****med but not by nedbank

I have just received a message that an amount over ten thousand rands has been debited to my Nedbank debit account in which I have R200. I called the number given in the message which says that this amount was debited and now my DEBIT account is now in overdraft to the ten thousand. I am trying to connect to your ***** line and cannot find the number, can your *****line help
