**** NRB addition accting debit orders from my business account

Hi I don't understand why there is NRB addition accting devit orders going from my business account! I have never subscribed for any of this... This is not the 1st **** taking place on my business account. I really feel that my business account is unprotected with NEDBANK. This is unacceptable really I don't even know what NRB is about. I want my money back and I'm definitely taking my business to another bank
