**** debit order

i am very frustrated by Nedbank. I've been getting unauthorized debit orders on my current account when i go to the branch to report this they just tell me I must reverse it. they know it is a ****. how am I supposed to trust them again with my money and my personal information. this happened earlier this year, I reversed that money and I got charged by the bank every time I reversed. it happened again today, I woke up to a debit order with a reference SCB-GOLD I don't know what or who is that. it's a shame to my bank which I've been with for 6 years. how can they let people ***** my account information. I am really disappointed and angry. please intervene.
