**** at the bank

have a complain regarding a send imali which I did using my nedbank account, I sent 700 from my bank account to my mother on the 25th of March however she was unable to withdraw the amount, she kept receiving an sms message you don't have any send imali transactions, I went to the roodepoort nedbank today and I was told they can't assist me I needed to call the contact center number which is *** of which I went home and call I was told that money was withdraw however my mom didn't receive the money above I'll attach the picture of what she received for the attempt of doing the withdrawal.
