Savings money payout

We have been saving with Nedbank Three Rivers for almost 20 years. We always give notification 24hours before we require money in January. This year we have been taken from pillar to post and 8 days later we have not been paid from our 24hour notice savings account. First we were told, after 3 days of waiting, to send documents for Fica. Then we are told the money hasn't been authorized for payout 8 days from when we app****. We are told of suspension department which will take a further 2 days to solve the issue. This is unacceptable. For the first time in 20 years we are going to change banks.
