save your time ,money and energy by staying away from this bank

During the course of last year i app**** for bond approval among all the banks .Almost all the banks approved but Nedbank's deal seemed most appealing but little did i remember that the devil is a **** .Among the conditions was that i switched to them and so i did ,much to my regret. The deal didn't happen and since i switched banks i was hopeful that if i app**** again they would come through again but they did not. Absa assisted me. On the day that I urgently needed a custom statement I saw this mobile banker, Chad jeftha whom i dealt with,with the previous application. All i wanted was a statement but he was forceful with regards to a credit card i did not accept with the previous bond application. I had to hear that he got in some trouble regarding that. He saw my capitec loan and said they could consolidate that and app**** for the loan only to be declined based on affordability which is stupid as it was supposed to be a consolidation with a lower repayment. When the nedbank bond application was denied i reached out to chad to tell him he must cancel my credit card as i won't accept the card and don't want more products from a bank that does NOTHING for me. He said he will call me back and still haven't. Recently nedbank sent a sms stating i now owe R25 for a credit card i have never accepted to activated. I app**** for a account online for my son and that TOO is a epic failure. Can't upload birth certificate nor was the card delivered. I am not even banking with them for 6 months and they already leave a bitter taste in my mouth.
