Recently i experienced a problem regarding my business account with Nedbank,due to frustration i use the platform of Hello Peter to address my complaint.Thanks to a good samaraton namely Yusuf Rajah ,who was given the mandate to manage my case and after few consultations via email/telecon,he brought closure to my case.Yusuf took all my documentation and viewed my story on merit ,which finally accounted in my favour.At end of the tunnel there was finally light,my faith in Nedbank from the day i opened my business account,has doubled fold after my recent experience and assurance that there are individuals who work at Nedbank ,who care about their clients.Paul Molope your sterling efforts is also noted.
