Sat a the branch 2 hours just to change a contact number

How long should a client wait in your Nedbank branch just to update a contact number? I went to your Nedbank branch at corner main and Simmons street and I sat there for 2 hours just to change my contact number. When you call your call center your agents say go to the bank. We go to the bank to sit the whole day???? This is unacceptable. Please review your customer service
