SASSA card swallowed by Nedbank ATM

I am a SASSA pensioner and have been drawing my SASSA money from a Nedbank ATM in the Dihlabeng Mall for 7 years, today disaster struct when my card was swallowed by the ATM, I dialled the emergency on the ATM, got to Deon at Nedbank Hazel Park and a conversation lasted 19 minutes and repeatedly told me that there is very little he could do about retrieving the card, no concern for an elderly pensioner, he made it quite clear that a SASSA card has no affiliation with Nedbank. Thumbs down for Nedbank in this case, no social concern
