SARS submission query

Hi. I’m not a Nedbank account holder however on this years ITR12 auto assessment I received from SARS there’s an interest earned amount submitted by Nedbank totaling R16,065 for the 2020 year of assessment. I’ve called your call centre numerous times querying this and no one can seem to help me. I need an investigation to be done into this submission by someone in your team, as SARS merely just populates the data submitted, or at the very least issue me with written confirmation that 1) I am not a client of yours and 2) the information provided to SARS is incorrect. Please contact me urgently to resolve this as I’ve wasted countless hours trying to resolve this with you call centre.
