SARS Refund Frozen by Nedbank

Nedbank held my SARS refund from September 2022 saying they suspect ***** on the funds whereas the refund reference number states that the money is from SARS. I have provided Nedbank with my IT34 certificate as proof that the funds are from SARS, I have also provided them with a statement but they still don’t want to release my funds. I’m unemployed and I’m struggling while I have funds frozen in my account. It’s been 6months now doing up and downs regarding my funds, they have even chowed R1575,22 on my funds. **************** on my legit funds. How do I continue to trust this bank if they are doing this to me? My next step now is to visit office of the Ombudsman, I’m hoping they will help me but I first wanted to Expose Nedbank for ******** me. My account number is ***
