I've just wasted my time and valuable time calling Nedbank long term insurance to find a very unhelpful Sandie, who did not want to listen to my query, but wanted to tell me what he wants to tell. I've repeated myself 5 times, eventually I had to cut the call as I could not proceed with a consultant that does not listen to clients queries. Disgusting service indeed. Maybe I should escalate this matter to Dion Brown
