Samkelisiwe Miya is an asset to Nedbank

since my Overdraft request was referred to Samkelisiwe Miya, she has constantly given me feedback. I made a mistake on one of the forms, she mailed me as prompt as possible and i fixed the error, i was anticipating a 5 days turn around on my request but all was done in a matter of a few hours. Her service is up to the best standard of service i have received since joining Nedbank. 5 star service.
