Same query again plus another
Went into Cresta and called the Insurance dept. After 25 mins, person said I owe money on a dormant bond account . Really? See previous complaint to Hellopeter. Then I got cut off before querying a debit for life insurance which I did not ask for. Third query: I am not a Go Banking client so why do I get correspondence from them? I've had it with Nedbank. Why must I always got to this website before I get any service?
