I'm having the worst experience ever with Nedbank. My online banking app was blocked due to *****. No one at Nedbank can give me an answer as to what's the problem. I've been to my branch which was a waste of time. The consultants I've been speaking to can't help me and don't know what's the problem. Who am i supposed to speak to, to get a result as to what's the issue. I honestly didn't know Nedbank was this useless
