Salary switch R1,000 promo

Nedbank contacted me to switch my salary to them for R1,000 after 3 salaries have gone through the account. 3 months later after salary no. 3 I ask them when I am getting my R1,000 but even though I was promised after 14 days max from Oct 9, still have not got it and no one is clear on whats going on
