I switched my salary for a R2000 rebate offer and met all the requirements. When it was time for payout: • I was told I don’t qualify • Then told I do qualify • Still no payment

No consistency. No accountability.

These promotions come across as a way to gain more clients, and once that’s done, there is no proper follow-through.
