Salary & Receipts Access Blocked ~ Nedbank

2 weeks ago I got another Nedbank FICA request barely 9 months from the last one March 2024. I went to Nedbank Fourways with my ID 2 weeks ago did lthe FICA on my money app at the branch. I was told all will be resolved by month end as there is a doc verification review queue. It's month end now 2 weeks later my account is still blocked. This is the last time I trust Nedbank with my salary and fair banking etiquette as far as I am concerned. You can't be blocking my account anytime you feel like it and even when I did FICA in March 24 and gave you my doc's 2 weeks ago again. Right now I can't buy fuel, food, pay my bills ~ nothing.
