SAFPS listing

Does anyone at Nedbank know what is SAFPS? Last Tuesday, I was at FNB Beach Branch and I discovered from FNB that my name is listed on SAFPS by Nedbank, in which I visited Pavallion Nedbank Branch and they told me I've not been listed by them in SAFPS but what I owe from my closed business was R71,15 which I paid. On Thursday I went back to FNB Pavallion to do a follow up if my name was cleared but FNB sent me back to Nedbank stating that Nedbank is the only en***** that can remove my name from the list but I must bring my ID, FICA and an Affidavit as now it seems like someone tried to use my ID to secure a loan in 2014. And yes, January 2014 someone smash my car window and took my laptop back which it had my ID, my grandparents title deeds, clients documents and some personal documents I had with me then.
