Sadly, Nedbank's service is HORRIBLE

I've app**** for a credit card in October, it was approved. Until now...1 December, I have no card, and NO feedback. I've already been told I have insurance on the card, and I get all kinds of sms's, however, no card, no account, no nothing. I've also app**** for a savings account, nothing, no response, no nothing. WHAT THE HELL????
