Sad customer service from both branch and call centre

I have never experienced such a service. I received money on the 25th April and even today I can't access the funds no one know why. Worst part I spoke to 3 seniors of Nedbank they not assisting me. I'm pained at my experience and decided to even leave the money because I'm spending so much trying to access the finds.
