Sad Customer

My cards were delivered to the wrong branch and I requested the cards delivered at Centurion Mall on the 25th. I was advised they will take 5 working days. I'm still waiting. My experience with Nedbank is bad. Wanted to officially move to Nedbank. Kodwa the service thus far...is a Wow.
