I know Nedbank is beyond bad when it comes to servicing their clients but now they just graduated to *****.
They debited my cheque without any agreement or consultation with me to pay my credit.
I am beyond furious because their staff is trained to irate you more instead of providing a workable solution or any satisfying information.
Where do I fail a case against these people?
