SAA Cheque card and Nedbank - Inactive card

Yet again, Nedbank disappoints. I have received the premium SAA Cheque card, didn't notify me there was card fee involved. Card is delivered, and after numerous times trying swipe using the card, it declines. Even after they say lifted whatever hold that's on the card, the card is now like a piece of useless plastic sitting in my wallet.
