I paid up my homeloans more than a week ago - i was promised a paid-up letter to be sent to me after 3days. When i call after 3 days i was promised it will be sent the next day. When the next day came i was told i will not get it. It will only be issued once the attorneys finish with the deeds process. Clearly the is an element of client disrespect, lies , lack of their own product understanding and more lies.
