Run around for a prescribed letter

I had a personal loan with Nedbank almost 10 years ago which was prescribed and closed.

This still appears on my ITC report and I require a letter to say that my account was prescribed. Account Number: ***

Its been 3 months now that I have been trying to obtain this letter.

Please can you assist as a matter of urgency or indicate to me in writing why you cannot assist.
