Rudest lady ever

I have been a loyal client who regularly visits Nedbank in Hartbee****rt. I love the atmosphere in the branch and everyone that works there with their sweet and kind nature. <br> BUT... they have a new lady that is working there and I am sorry to say because of her I will no longer be using that branch as she is rude, obnoxious and quite frankly has absolutely no respect for herself, her colleagues or the clients who use the branch. The first time I saw her she was so busy on her cellular phone she hadn't realised that there were clients in the branch. And she swears like a sailor in front of clients. This is absolutely disgusting.
