Rude/arrogant consultant

Good day,

I am disgusted with your consultant NB 320110, Busisiwe.

She so unprofessional and I am questioning her capabilities to do her Job.

Very rude. I am the one that pay my husband accounts, she refused my husband's permission to allow me to speak. She insisted that there was a transfer and not a payment. She refused to take what my husband can afford.

I am disgusted how she handles the call bare in mind after my husband attempted 3 times to speak to someone.

Who is gonna cover the unpaid debit order cost that Nedbank caused when the took off on the 26 May where I het paid on the last day of the month.

I need answers. My husband still didnt received his salary because he only gets paid on month end, the account is still in a minus of R3000 plus. A no funds alert charge went off and unpaid most likely gonna go off should the money return. In this time and days you guys treat your long-standing clients like this.
