RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AGENT

I received a message from Nedbank MFC department regarding an outstanding payment for December. I called and I spoke to Constantia Makhubela and explained to her that I was not aware that the debit order did not go off because I did not receive any massage stating it was unsuccessful or successful , I do not have a copy of contract and as a 1st time car buyer I was not aware I should request it from the dealership, however I'm will to pay. She became so rude and accused me of being negligent and coming up with excuses of not paying what is due. I'm very disappointed because she was so rude and unprofessional. I did not refuse to pay , her job is to rehabilitate clients not to bully them.
