Rude unhelpful person - Call Centre

I'm fed-up with Nedbank. Poorest customer service ever. I phoned the Call Centre regarding a recurring payment. I wanted to see how many payments are left before it stops going into my daughter's account (you don't get any notice, it just stops) So the person at the call centre told me he can't help me while I'm on online banking, only on the Money App on my phone which I'm talking on. I told him that it is unacceptable, so he put down the phone!!!!
