Rude Staff

It’s really distressing to see how poorly our system cares for the elderly. It’s heartbreaking that many people seem to have lost concern for their well-being. My mom had a terrible experience at the Nedbank branch in Southgate today. When she asked the staff for help, they were so rude that she ended up in tears. It's just so sad to witness this kind of treatment.
