Rude represantive and poor communication from anyone involved

My wife and l app**** for a bond nedbank then offered 100% on the bond and then we signed with the bond attorneys . A day later my wife gets a call from a nedbank representative telling her to come out to the parking lot and by that time she was in a meeting and the guy was very rude . When she called him after the meeting he said he will blacklist us and a day later out bond apllication which had been approved gets cancelled and everytime my wife calls nedbank and everyone who was helping us no one takes our calls a guy by the name Xolisa did not answer his call but he sent a message and said he is busu he will get back to us but nothing yet and its been almost a week now. My biggest challenge is if nedbank decided otherwise why cant they come come clean . When the nedbank representative called my wife he was very rude and threatened her is that how nedbank treats their customers . The bond attorneys provided by nedbank on the day we went to sign the documents called us foreigners l feel like foreign national would have been more professional now we are in the dark we do not know what is happening and the sellers has put the house back on the market . If neebank does nit want to give us the loan its fine but we deserve better treatment . Nedbank made my wife change banks and now the this is how she gets treated surely you muat be ashamed . I regret the day we took that offer because it has been nothing but a nightmare
