Rude Nedbank Security guy

I an very disappointed with the way Nedbank Dobsonville treating elderly people. My mom she's 71 old and has a problem with her account. She went there this morning to be assisted but Nedbank Security guy told her to go on the long queue outside at the sun. I mean other shops Clicks, Pic n pay, shoprite etc they allow elderly people to get in the shops without queuing outside in the sun. Nedbank Security guy was also rude ask her what is special about her for not queuing. Very very disappointed!!!
