Rude Nedbank consultant

Called ***Nebbank consultant for assistance. Spoke to Rirandzu Sithole Nedbank consultant and she gave me the poorest experience I've never received in my life, She was rude, and gave awkward comments and opinions whilst I needed information. Eventually I ended up not being helped. How do they expect us to continue using online and cellphone banking whilst the stuff is poorly trained for assistance.
