Rude Nedbank assistance

On the 25 September we had to visir Nedbank Cape gate branch. We were eventually assisted by a Malay woman wearing a headscarf. When you come in to the bank she wss the 1st teller on the right hand side that day. We had a query. He attitude was arrogant and she communicated with us with a continuous hmmm and amhh sounds. Very condescending. Please advice your workers that even if they dont like the face of the banks clients they have a job to be polite. She wss assisting my daughter who was in no way rude to her. There was no occasion to be. We just had a query so this behaviour was unwarranted
