Rude nedbank
I received an sms last week from nedbank collection services saying that i owed them money. I requested the details in writing and have still received no email. Yet they continue to send messages threatening legal action against me. Poor service nedbank.

I don't wish to speak to anyone..
I would like an email giving details of the issue and the account number that I need to pay the "outstanding" money into.
This is nedbank "fault" and i shouldn't have to waste my time chasing issues up with regards to your fault on the line to rude consultants...
An email is all I request...
