Rude management's with bad service

I went to springs mall nedbank this morning waited moe that 20mins with no customers from my que.. I only needed a new bank card.. they only have 2 people assistant customer.. I went to speak to management's, I got told that the manager is on lunch break and the second in charge firstly needs to stop trying to make excuses and listen to the customers. I am never going back to that **** branch.. I wil also tell all my family and friends about the bad services reviewed.. E016 my ticket nr.. Mariska Honey ***
