Rude, inefficient Lady

Hi,<br> <br> I would like to complain about Litha, she is so rude, I asked her to transfer Money from my investment account and instead of helping me she was giving me stories, I called her and she was literally shouting at me tellibng me that she is following protocol and what not. I have never dealt with her before and I must say her attitude is rather appalling. I often deal with Mejully and Lorraine whom are great,they understand the term GOOD service but this Litha lady is something else.<br> <br> Please can someone help me as a matter of urgency!!!
