RUDE FRONTDESK LADY AT NEDBANK WALMER PARK PE

I am at Walmer park Nedbank branch. A very rude lady at the front desk attended me. She is not wearing a name tag. I only wanted my bank account number to deposit money. I tried explaining this to her she arrogantly shouted at me. I told me there was a problem with my app but she refused to listen. A gentlemen next to her said she could give me an account number but she refused and sent me to queue. I did not mind rhe queue but the manner which she treated me. I have a business account at Nedbank and i have been with you for years this service is unacceptable. To be chased like a dog as if i am asking for a loan but i only wanted to deposit my own money in my own business account. Unacceptable i am never coming to this branch ever again. She smiles and treat white people differently

Time was 0940 monday 23 September 2019. I will never forget such treatment at the bank. I found out her name is Siya
