Rude Employees at Nedbank

Nedbank employees is rude and has limited knowledge. Don't try to open an investment account with them, the left hand is definitely not aware of what the right hand is doing....the sales person couldn't assist and on asking to speak to a manager i was cut off..... thanks for the wake up call Nedbank
