Rude consultant from Nedbank Mams mall branch

I met the most rude man today that works at Nedbank Mams mall branch I was able to get his name and his name is Chipa Moholola that guy is very rude if he does not want to work with people then I suggest he looks at other careers coz clearly he can’t handle customer service.Nedbank please train this guy in customer service.thank you
