Disrespectful consultant

Nedbank. Personal loans at credit risk management department. My husband spoke to Zach Molete ( a very rude consultant to be prescise) on the 5th Aug 2022 at 14:36. He called in requesting to make payment arrangement. My husband explained that he has financial constraints now he want an affordable installment..... the consultant went on saying how can My husband have financial constraints in 6 months....he further more said that he will not assist him and no one else in the branch will. Unfortunately this is belittling and can't let it slide. Hopefully Nedbank takes some action, call my husband and assist him in this regard. He is willing to pay,buy pay a reasonable installment.
