Rude consultant

I got a callback from Nedbank personal loans department. The guy who was attending to me asked for my ID number, which I gave. Then he felt I was talking too fast but then raised his voice when talking to me. So I gave him my ID no, slower. He then asked me to hold on then hung up on me.
