Rude consultant

<p>Went to St George's Mall branch earlier to get a statement. I asked the consultant for a one month statement but he insisted on a three month one because it's free he said. I then told him again I wanted a one month statement. He proceeded to print a three month one. I then asked him to get his manager but he refused telling me I can go to the manager if I wanted to. All the while arguing with me. I asked him to write down his name but he refused. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I will go back there to het his name. For now I just need to register this complaint.</p>
