rude consultant

I am dissapointed with the manner in which the nedbank consultant handled the call.Today the 28th of Feb 2019,i phoned nedbank card division on 0 ********** 325 enquiring about the balance on my account.i asked the lady what my balance is on the account since i intend on settling the account and she told me that the balance is R2700 and some odds. My question to her is that how can the balance go up twice within a month as the balance given to me on the 7th of feb was R2651.69 and from what I know intetrest is charged daily on the account and billed on the last /first day of every month. She told me that the account is with collection dept and they charge penalty interest on the 15th and if i want a statement sent to me there will be additional charges. How does nedbank charge me for requesting a statement if they are billing for a service fee monthly?Does Nedbank teach/train its Collection Officers to talk back when the client is speaking?Does Nedbank has a team of Quality Assurers who listens to the clients calls?Does Nedbank educate its consultants telephone etiquete?I know that I have previously defaulted on my monthly repayments but that does not give the consultants a right to treat me like a ***** .I deserve to be treated with respect. This Thandeka person needs to be taught telephone etiquettes and to deal with irrate clients not to attach her emotions to the call.I do not owe her but Nedbank and am paying my account monthly.

The manner in which Thandeka dealt with the call is pathetic if not rude.I want the settlement letter sent to me and breakdown thereof.

Nedbank you are one of the major bank and reputable bank in SA but because of the level of disrespect and entitlement from one individual 'Thandeka'I am starting to lose the respect I had for the bank
