Rude consultant

I couldn't get the person's name due to poor line quality, but I must say he was bordering on arrogent towards me, a Nedbank vehicle finance client.<br> I wasn't made to feel good about Nebank at all - will certainly not ever be moving my banking accounts over to them following this altercation ...all I was trying to do was to pay a car installment.
