Rude call centre reps

Unable to get new Garage card after my previous card expired, I went to the branch to collect my new card and they told me it had been shredded because I took too long to collect the new one. When i called the call centre the agents kept telling me that I am on the line with the wrong department, I asked them to connect me to the correct department and then when they transfer me the line would die. I need my nedbak petrol card delivered to Menlyn branch ASAP and I need an increase on the limit of the card.
