Rude and unprofessional staff

I phoned in last week to register a new home insurance claim, what a rude and unprofessional agent. I spoke to a lady by the name of Matsela Ratsewa well that's if it's even her name because she ignored me a couple of times when I asked what her name was so I could report her bad attitude. You need to train your staff and take disciplinary actions for how they speak to clients.
