Rude and unhelpful Nedbank East Rand Mall

Our family club went to Nedbank East Rand to change signatories and we were told it will take 6 to 8 weeks All the old and new members were present with all the necessary supporting documents. The rude staff members even refused to provide a 3 month statements. We asked to talk to the manager; the woman in attendance went to the manager's office and he/she just closed the blinds to the office and dismissed us. They didn't have name so we couldn't identify them. We were told not to sit and wait, despite us telling them that one of the members was from ICU a week ago. We didn't accomplish what we wanted and face the risk of not being able to access our funds.
