Rude and *********** staff members at meyerton branch

am lodging this complain due to the attitude I received from the staff at meyerton branch, the teller just looked at me and ignored me when i asked which que to que on for the collection of my sons card after waiting forever without even knowing whether i will be helped or not anothee lady came and told me they need a hard copy of the birth certificate and i told her i have a soft copy she refused and said i must drive all the way back home for a copy, i did that because i didn't want to argue and expose my kids to me being abused verbally when I came back she was not at her desk and she answers me through some other lady that they will call me when fica is done, this was on Saturday the 17th May 2025 today us the 22nd, I have heard nothing from this branch so they **** to me just to frustrate me.

I would like to log a serious complaint because me going to nedbank shouldn't result in me being disrespected infront of my 2 kids they are not involved in any of the things.
